Founded in 2020 by Wenjue Lu and Chufeng Fang, Studio Wenjüe Lu is a multidisciplinary practice centered on clothing and sculpture. The studio draws from Daoist philosophy and traditional craft. Its work considers the relationship between the garment and the body.

The clothing is defined by sculptural forms and thoughtful construction. Natural materials such as cotton, silk, linen and hemp are used throughout the collections. Familiar silhouettes are reshaped through draping, wrapping and proportion. The result is clothing that feels experimental while remaining easy to wear.
