Our café in Sydney collaborates with Grace & Taylor Coffee Company, an independent roastery based in St Peters. The Graceland Blend, our house blend, is a permanent feature on the menu, offering a consistent and high-quality introduction to our coffee program.
For those seeking variety, we offer a rotating selection of single-origin espresso and filter options, sourced weekly from a range of respected local roasteries. This provides customers with the opportunity to explore new flavours with each visit.
Our reserve coffee menu features exclusive and distinctive coffees, carefully preserved to ensure their availability over time. Selected for their unique profiles, these coffees provide an exceptional, specialised tasting experience—similar to a curated fine wine list. The reserve selection serves as a platform to showcase rare and exceptional coffees, extending their availability to our customers.
