Founded in New York by designer Zane Li, LII Studio explores the relationship between architectural form and the everyday wardrobe. Originally from Chongqing, China, Li studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology before launching the label after graduating in 2023, bringing together influences from 1990s American sportswear, classic femininity and sculptural design.

LII approaches familiar garments through unexpected proportions and precise construction, transforming wardrobe staples into distinctive yet highly wearable pieces. Voluminous outerwear, elongated silhouettes, fitted knits and reworked basics are realised in tactile and often utilitarian fabrics, creating a tension between structure and softness, and between formalwear and sportswear. Rather than relying on overt decoration, the label finds expression through shape, movement and subtle shifts in proportion, resulting in clothing that feels considered, contemporary and quietly unconventional.
