Please note shipping delays may be experienced due to Covid-19
Domestic
Free express shipping is offered on all Australian domestic orders over $200. For orders below $200, a $12 shipping will be applied at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.
Rest of the World
Free express shipping is offered on orders over $500. For orders below $500, a $50 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.
Delivery
All items are shipped via tracking to the address provided by the purchaser. Shipments are deemed as delivered as per the tracking and signature on delivery (if applicable).
International Taxes and Duties
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country.
International shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Such taxes, custom duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If the customer refuses to pay import taxes, custom duties or any fees associated with the shipment, the customer must cover all expenses in the returning parcel. This includes initial delivery fees, returning delivery fees and any taxes, custom duties or fees associated with the shipment.
