CCC Chapter One Pty ltd (‘Chinatown Country Club’) are the owner and operator of this website and all content. The use of this website constitutes your acceptance and acceptance to the following terms and conditions.

Chinatown Country Club may vary these terms and conditions at any time, by using and accessing the website you consent to any variations. Chinatown Country Club will not notify you of these variations, it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions.

Liability & Indemnity
Chinatown Country Club is not liable for any losses or damages including any special indirect or consequential losses or damages caused through the use of the Site and/or its affiliates. This includes any loss of use of data or profits, whether in an action in contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with access to and use of this Site or the information contained in it.

Chinatown Country Club does not warrant or guarantee:
- The accuracy and completeness of any content or information contained on the website
- The websites will be virus free, contamination free or free from other disabling feature
- The use of and access to the Website will be error free or uninterrupted
- That any defects, errors or interruptions will be corrected immediately

The use of the Website and internet is at the risk of yourself.

Orders
All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by Chinatown Country Club.

Chinatown Country Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend any orders submitted through the website. 

Once an order is submitted through the Website, an email confirmation is sent automatically sent. This email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the order or an offer to sell products.

Orders may be refused, canceled or amended due to errors, omissions or inaccuracies relating to pricing, product availability, product description; inability to authorise a payment,  suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance at the discretion of Chinatown Country Club.

Unless otherwise indicated, Chinatown Country Club owns all copyright of the material on the Website.

All copyright, data, text, software, images, icons, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Chinatown Country Club. Except for viewing the content for your own personal non-commercial use, Chinatown Country Club does not grant you any rights to use the Website or content for any other purpose unless consent is expressly made in writing. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Chinatown Country Club’s consent made expressly in writing.

These terms are governed by the Laws of New South Wales in Australia, and any dispute in relation to these terms or your access or use of the website will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

CUSTOMER CARE

Shipping

Please note shipping delays may be experienced due to Covid-19

Domestic
Free express shipping is offered on all Australian domestic orders over $200. For orders below $200, a $12 shipping will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.

Rest of the World
Free express shipping is offered on orders over $500. For orders below $500, a $50 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.  

Delivery
All items are shipped via tracking to the address provided by the purchaser. Shipments are deemed as delivered as per the tracking and signature on delivery (if applicable). 

International Taxes and Duties
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country.

International shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Such taxes, custom duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, in instances where customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If the customer refuses to pay import taxes, custom duties or any fees associated with the shipment, the customer must cover all expenses in the returning parcel. This includes initial delivery fees, returning delivery fees and any taxes, custom duties or fees associated with the shipment.

Exchange & Returns

Online Store
We accept returns or exchanges on all full priced items within 7 days of receipt. We accept returns for a full refund or store credit. 

To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. All footwear must be in original condition with no markings or scratches on the shoe including the sole and must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.

Please note, returns and exchanges are accepted at the discretion of our team, we hold the right to refuse any returns and exchanges if we deem the conditions are unsatisfactory.

Please note, the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs and additional charges for any return or exchange. Please note we will not be responsible for returns and exchanges that are damaged or lost during transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure returns and exchanges are shipped with tracking and insurance. Purchases made online can also be exchanged and returned at our physical store.

Physical Store

Sale Items
We accept returns or exchanges on sale items within 7 days of receipt. Please note sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  Please note, items that are discounted by fifty percent or more are deemed as final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. All footwear must be in original condition with no markings or scratches on the sole and must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.

Faulty & Incorrect
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess and try our best to resolve any issues.

Refunds & Store Credit
Store Credit will be issued to you via email once your return has been accepted and processed. All Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay.

For purchases made online, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
